Each consultation is designed to uncover what’s driving imbalance in your system — and to support your body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal. Every session is personalized, in-depth, and grounded in Functional Medicine principles.

Initial Consultation: €397,- (incl. 21% btw)
A comprehensive starting point
Your first consultation lays the foundation for your care. It includes:
• A full review of your health history, medical records, and any recent lab work
• A 60-minute consultation (in person or online)
• A personalized recommendation for diagnostic testing based on your intake, sent securely via Zorgmail within 10 workdays.
Approximately 90 minutes of preparation and analysis time before and after the session is included in the consultation fee.

Follow-Up Consultation: €375,- (incl. 21% btw)
Refine, adjust, deepen
Each follow-up session includes:
• Thorough review of your recent test results and clinical progress
• A 50-minute consultation (in person, online, or by phone)
• An updated care plan tailored to your current phase of recovery
Each session includes an additional 60 to 90 minutes of preparation, analysis, and care plan development — all included in the fee.

Phone Support Between Sessions: €55,- (incl. 21% btw)
For brief questions between sessions that require timely support or clarification
• Available Monday to Thursday, between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m., by appointment only.
• For brief follow-up questions (10-15 minutes) that cannot wait until your next scheduled consultation. Please consult your physician for urgent or acute medical concerns; DNA Care does not provide emergency care.

Additional Services

Complementary services to support deeper insight, continuity, and personalized care.

Advanced Laboratory Test Interpretation: €150,- per test
Strategic analysis to support your recovery
Functional and genetic lab tests often yield complex data. Interpreting these results in a clinically meaningful way requires time, expertise, and context. The analysis fee per test covers integration of your results into your personalized and evolving care plan. You will not receive a separate summary report. Instead, your results are used as a dynamic clinical tool — continuously informing your care, based on timing, context, and your system’s response. Every care plan is developed after consultation, ensuring precision and relevance at each stage.

This fee is charged in addition to the laboratory’s testing costs and applies to:
• DNA Core, DNA Hormones, DNA Passport (NIFGO)
• DUTCH, GI-MAP, Organix (OAT), intracellular testing
• External test results (quote available upon request)

Lab results don’t heal. Applied insight does. That’s where the true value lies.

Prescription Requests: €25

Prescriptions can be requested via Zorgmail and will be sent to the pharmacy within 24 working hours.

Administrative Fee for Lab Requests: €39,- (incl. 21% btw)
Applies when you request DNA testing or other lab work outside of an active care relationship with DNA Care. You’ll receive your results via Zorgmail in PDF format.

Consultation Policies

The following terms apply to all consultations and services at DNA Care.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full fee. All cancellations should be submitted by email. In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given, and a one-time exception may be granted.

Email Communication

To protect your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations, DNA Care uses email exclusively for administrative purposes such as booking, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments. We do not offer therapeutic, diagnostic or clinical support by email. For any personal or health-related questions, please schedule a consultation.

Payment for Online Consultations
Online consultations must be paid at least 48 hours in advance. You will receive an invoice with a secure payment link via email.

Collaborative Care
We work closely with a Doctor of Pharmacology to ensure that any recommendations are safe and compatible with your current medications. We also regularly receive referrals from general practitioners and specialists, and collaborate with them when appropriate — all to support the best possible outcomes for your health.
